硬件工程师（基带） 工作职责: 1, 评估电子器件并绘制原理图。 2, 制定硬件研发测试标准以及测试方式。 3, 解决生产和测试中遇到的问题。 4, 协助其他部门解决产品设计问题。 5, 技术内容归档并撰写总结。 任职要求: 1, 本科以上学历，通讯，计算机，电子等相关专业。 2, 理解硬件相关的电磁兼容，可靠性， 安全性以及热分析设计。 3, 了解模拟数字硬件电路的设计流程。 4, 熟练使用硬件开发工具Cadence 或Pads。 5, 积极主动，阳光开朗的个人品质。 6, 有手机，机器人，智能消费电子产品的设计经验为佳 7, 具有熟练的英语听说读写能力为佳 Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate electronic components and design schematics. 2. Setup test items for hardware board manufacturing. 3. Solve issues occurred in manufacturing and test. 4. Co-work with cross-function engineers. 5. Write technical documentation and summary. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above major in communication, computer science, Electronic engineering, Electrical, Electromagnetic. 2. Basic knowledge in EMC, reliability, safety, thermal analysis. 3. Experience in hardware (analog and digital) design process. 4. Skilled in use hardware design tools: Cadence or Pads. 5. Good initiative, positive and self-motivated personal personality. 6. Smart phone, Robot, Smart device design experience is highly desirable. 7. Ability to read and speak in English is highly desirable.
