KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY New product launch in factory cooperate with the cross function team SMT advance process optimization study, NPI machining process design or Moulding process review Involve in specified new product development in LOBs CE/VE study for current products (Actuator, thermostat, Controller) Ⅲ. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION Communications - clear, concise, English both written and spoken. Comfortable with technical report writing. Candidate must possess strong customer communication skills. Details orientated. Personal interest to drive issues to root cause, logical problem solving. Task independence. Ability to aggressively drive tasks independently and to seek out information internally, externally. Team orientated. Work well within a team and/or lead some team members Experience of SMT process setup, or mechanical machining process, or molding process DFSS concept & like to implement, SPC or 6 sigma GB certificate Bachelor of Mechanical or Automation major SAP material management system skillful usage.
